Is SlinMax used for cutting or bulking?
SlinMax is very versatile and can be used for both goals. For Bulking we recommend consuming 2 capsules twice per day, 10-15 minutes before a large carbohydrate containing meal(50-100g Carbs). For weight loss we recommend users consume 1 capsules 2-4 times per day before a carb. meal containing at least 25g Carbs, this will reduce bloating, shuttle glucose away from fat cells and enhance digestion.

How long before a meal should I consume SlinMax?
We found SlinMax should be consumed about 10-15 minutes before consuming a carbohydrate meal. We found when waiting longer periods of time lead to an increase in GI upset in sensitive users.
